Brought to you by the Castle Rock Community Development Alliance, this anticipated event is always a scream! Be a part of the fun with a costume parade and contest @ 5:30pm. $2 Haunted House for kids 10 and above. There will be plenty of Vendors, and Arcade Games, a Sidewalk Chalk Art section as well as the Trunk-or-Treat! Don't miss it!
